Good to know
Before your visit
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Later than that we charge 50% of the service, because your artist kept the time for you.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes with an artist, no obligation. Most color clients start here.
Do you do patch tests?
For first-time color and lash or brow tint we do a quick patch test 48 hours before. Book it as a consultation.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course. Book two services at the same time and we will seat you side by side.
